That Thin Line is a creative production company that produces original entertainment for the web. It was founded in December of 1999 by Ian and Rich Howells, two like-minded cousins from Scranton, PA looking to relieve some boredom. What started out as a blog filled with random rants and comedy sketches has slowly developed into a network of various websites, all tied together by threads of their common interests. The aim of each project conceived by TTL is to cross that thin line between what is acceptable and unacceptable, clean and offensive, expected and unexpected; the line between entertainment and information deliberately blurred to force readers to think and question rather than simply consume. This year, Rich and Ian will be expanding beyond website production and will put their distinctive spin on film, graphic novels, and several other projects yet to be revealed, so check this page periodically for updates.
